I was born on July 11, 2001 in Detroit, Michigan, and grew up on Long Island, New York. By age 11, I had found my passion: creating videos. I began to make gaming content for my personal YouTube page with Sony Vegas and quickly picked up video editing and Adobe After Effects. During my time at Ward Melville High School, I discovered narrative filmmaking. I developed more than a dozen short films during my three years in the program and received multiple acceptances into the All American High School Film Festival in New York City.

During these early days of refining my craft, I branded myself. When I was eight, I had a brief stint creating custom model roller coasters. It was, admittedly, a strange hobby, but I believe it translated well into my content creation as I got older. These models required extensive effort in terms of planning, designing, experimenting, and assembling. The similarities between the two spoke to me, and CoasterFilms was born.

In 2019, I began my studies at Ithaca College, a top-25 film school in the nation. Despite a pandemic-stricken four years, I was able to work on a variety of projects in numerous positions. I came into my own as a cinematographer, director, camera assistant, grip, editor, and most recently, a colorist. In the spring of 2023, I released my senior thesis film “The Prospect,” all while serving as colorist on three other thesis films.

Throughout the back half of my time at IC, I worked at the Park Portable Equipment Center & Services (PPECS). This advanced equipment rental house taught me a great deal about cinema production technology, as well as customer service skills and workplace professionalism. I became familiar with RED, Black Magic, and Sony camera systems, cinema lenses, film lights, wireless camera accessories, sound recording devices, and general equipment safety.

In 2020, I became fascinated with combat sports, particularly MMA. After reconnecting with a high school classmate with his own professional fighting aspirations, I was able to form a partnership with UFC athletes from the Serra-Longo fight team. I created social media content for Dennis Buzukja and Matt Frevola for over a year, leading up to my college graduation in May 2023. A month later, I received an offer to edit content for “Power Slap,” and became an official employee of the UFC.

I minored in Integrated Marketing Communications and am proficient in graphic design, marketing and advertising strategy, and copywriting. I have more than six years of experience in Adobe Illustrator, and am working hard to develop additional skills in Photoshop.

I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades type of creator, but excel at video editing and color grading. I am experienced in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. I own a Black Magic Pocket 4k, which I have utilized for a majority of my independent content. Thus far, my media production career has spanned across music videos, short films and documentaries, event trailers, vlogs, social media management, and short-form vertical content.
