Features Editor - Ultimate Fighting Championship
During my time editing for Power Slap, I received an offer to jump over into the world of MMA. In July 2023, I began to cut and grade content for Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series, a sort of “job interview” for aspiring UFC athletes that airs every summer on ESPN+. I also had the opportunity to edit the official feature for the lightweight finale of “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 31, starring “The Notorious” Conor McGregor. This feature aired on ESPN during prime time and played for over 1.3 million live viewers.
The feature for the TUF 31 lightweight finale, which took place on the UFC 292 prelims on ESPN.
My first DWCS feature. One of the best WMMA fights in the show’s history.
Feature for Mantello vs. Kruschewsky. This one was personal, as Mantello trains at LAW MMA and was the first pro MMA fighter I ever filmed an interview with.
